Bridges’ team has supported 88 outcomes partnerships and contracts to date, creating £198m of outcomes in high-income countries, for over 75,000 people (estimated to be worth £1.5bn+ of public value in the UK); and £16m of outcomes in low- & middle-income countries, for over 1,009,000 people.1

Health, Wellbeing & Independence
Our health programmes work with both adults and social sector organisations, focusing on strength-based interventions to achieve sustained lifestyle changes and improved self-care.
Homelessness Prevention
Our homelessness prevention programmes focus on reducing social and economic exclusion by preventing people from homelessness before they reach a crisis point and improving the wellbeing of those in need.
Education, Employment & Housing
Working with young adults that have complex needs and/or are NEET, to identify the things that are important to them and help them to achieve fulfilling lives.
Helping people sleeping rough
We focus on supporting entrenched rough sleepers to get off the streets and build a new life, by providing the intensive emotional and practical support they need.
Refugee support
We work closely with Local Authorities and VCSEs to deliver integration, housing and employment support to newly granted Refugees, with a clear focus on the individual and their needs.
Support for vulnerable women
Working with expert partners, we support vulnerable women at risk of repeat removals of children from their care, and those experiencing or at risk of experiencing domestic abuse.
