Torsten is an Analyst working on our Carers Matter Norfolk programme, providing analysis that supports impact and performance measurement, as well as providing technical system support, and helping to design continuous CRM improvements.

Prior to joining BOP, Torsten worked within the Health and Wellbeing sector where he provided in-depth analysis to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, as well as leading a project to perform a complete redesign of client reporting. Torsten holds a BSc in Biology from Aberystwyth University.
