Tony is the Programme Manager for Norfolk Carers Partnership. He has spent most of his working life in the commercial sector, he supports partners with performance management.

Prior to joining Bridges Outcomes Partnerships, Tony owned his own business for twenty-seven years, and after the sale of the business he went to work for the charity Caring Together. He managed a team to bring awareness of unpaid carers to professionals, of what the charity does and the support they offer.
