Rianna is a Senior Impact Analyst for the Single Homelessness Prevention Service across both the London boroughs and Norfolk, and for Kenya Better Outcomes Partnership, providing analysis to support the performance management of the services.

Prior to joining Bridges Outcomes Partnerships, Rianna worked for a biotechnology company conducting data handling and analytics.

Rianna holds a BSc in Geographical Sciences from the University of Bristol.
