Kit is currently leading a BOP wide project to centralise and automate data and reporting from across the portfolio of 20+ individual live programmes. In addition to this Kit is also responsible for transforming the way BOP works digitally, utilising digital solutions to help with collaboration, communication and knowledge sharing across the organisation.

Kit is an On Purpose Fellow and prior to joining BOP full time was an associate on the year long programme which aims to help mid-career professionals transition into more purposeful work. He spent six months with BOP and six months with Big Society Capital while on the programme. Prior to On Purpose Kit spent almost a decade in the Telecoms industry in a variety of roles including management consulting, finance and data analytics. Prior to that he worked in risk analytics and measurement in the investment finance sector.

He holds a BSc. in Physics from the University of Bristol and is a Chartered Management Account (CIMA).
