BOP’s UK Delivery Partner Excellence Awards 2025

BOP was delighted to host over 100 people at our BOP UK Delivery Partner Excellence Awards 2025, celebrating the incredible contributions that every single UK delivery team in our partnership network makes, day in, day out, towards improving the lives of others.

The Olympics-themed ceremony, ably compered by the majestic Timothy Gerech, Callum Sumpter and Ruhiya Yousuf, saw eight awards presented to nominated teams and individuals who best demonstrate various key values in their approach and delivery of vital support.

Decisions were not straightforward for the judging panel – consisting of BOP’s Director for Policy, Influencing & Engagement, BOP’s Marketing & Communications Manager, and a member of one of our programme’s co-production group – having received 52 fantastic nominations!

A huge congratulations goes to the winners:

Recognising the importance of inclusion in delivery: this award is for those that have demonstrated working together for the better and dedicated their time and efforts to working in inclusive and accessible ways.

The Hurdle: Jodie Meredith & Rebekah Suddaby

Lifetime Achievement: Samantha Abram

Celebrating an individual who has accomplished exceptional achievements, progress, success and/or positive impact and made lasting contributions to their respective field throughout their career/ over an extended period. Their commitment to and achievements in their field are exemplary.

[Nominee extract] “Sam has demonstrated unwavering dedication to empowering individuals, breaking down barriers, and fostering an environment where both staff and the people we work with can thrive. […] Sam’s positive impact will leave a lasting legacy, not only in the lives of those she has directly supported but also in the broader community. The culture she has cultivated will continue to resonate through the work of The Brick and beyond.”

Unsung Hero: Sarah Field

Celebrating an individual who has made a significant positive impact (often behind the scenes): an award dedicated to those who rarely seek recognition or praise but who quietly make a large difference through their care and compassion for others, and for their dedication and commitment to excellence.

[Nominee extract] “Her work is often left unnoticed but her help keeping the service ticking over in the background is worth recognising. She can usually always be relied upon to support a welfare visit if needed, support with IT concerns and is generally one of the last to leave the office most days. It’s these kinds of people who you only mainly notice and appreciate when they are away.”
