  • Robbie is the Programme Director for Forward Outcomes Partnerships and Plymouth Refugee Opportunities.

    Prior to joining Bridges in 2019 Robbie spent 20 years working in the third sector. Beginning his career as a Development Tutor at Fairbridge, progressing through local, regional then national Director Roles.

    Robbie holds a MA in Professional Development and is a Fellow of Clore Social Leadership.

  • Iciar Ania, Executive Director at Bridges Outcomes Partnerships, has been working with Bridges for the last 6 years, during which time she has designed and implemented more than 10 Outcomes Partnerships related to:

    • Supporting care experienced young people to access employment and education opportunities,
    • Supporting young people with their mental health and wellbeing,
    • Helping families stay together through family therapy,
    • Supporting vulnerable women at risk of multiple removals and/or sexual harm and violence, and
    • Supporting unpaid carers to improve their wellbeing and sustain their caring role.

    Prior to joining Bridges Outcomes Partnerships, Iciar worked in Investment Banking at Arcano Group and Nomura Group. Iciar also spent 2 years in Cambodia working for a charity that supports families of people with physical and intellectual disabilities.

    Iciar holds a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University in the USA and from ICADE in Spain and an MBA from INSEAD.

  • Liz’s role as a Manager involves supporting the development and delivery of a range of projects within both our international and UK-based portfolios.

    Prior to joining BOP, Liz received her MBA with Honours from London Business School, where she acted as President of the School’s Social Impact club, and interned with the Clinton Health Access Initiative and a blue carbon start-up. She started her career in investment management, before transitioning into the social sector to work for a boutique impact advisory firm in Detroit, Michigan.

    Liz graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Notre Dame.

  • Callum is a Senior Impact Analyst working on our Stronger Families and Wecyclers programmes, providing analysis to support performance management and impact measurement.

    Prior to joining Bridges Outcomes Partnerships, Callum completed a Masters in Biochemistry at the University of Oxford. His research focused on dopamine signalling and Parkinson’s disease pathophysiology.

1 in 5 adults experience domestic abuse in their lifetime; the police receive a domestic abuse-related call every 30 seconds.

Integrated Domestic Abuse Service Plymouth – IDASP – is an integrated domestic abuse support service in Plymouth. It is a partnership between Bridges Outcomes Partnerships, First Light, Ahimsa and Barnardo’s, commissioned by Plymouth City Council and Devon and Cornwall Police and Crime Commissioner.

Designed with input from survivors and local expertise, IDASP brings together specialist local and national organisations to provide one clear, safe pathway into support, reducing harm, and strengthening Plymouth’s coordinated response to domestic abuse.

Support ranges from crisis support and personalised safety planning to specialist support for children, and intensive, 1:1 behaviour-change programmes for people posing a high risk and high frequency of harm.
