Victoria is the Programme Manager for Kirklees Better Outcomes Partnership. She oversees the quality assurance framework and drives innovation and service development across the partnership.

Prior to joining Bridges in 2020, she was an operational lead for the GM Homes Partnership. Victoria has worked on various specialist contracts in the homelessness sector over the last 9 years across Greater Manchester.
