Tim is the Operational Lead for the Pathfinder Project, part of Greater Manchester Better Outcomes Partnership.

Prior to joining Bridges, Tim has worked in multiple roles across the third sector, including rough sleeper outreach, youth homelessness, and drug and alcohol services. Most notably, Tim was one of the first progression coaches on the Pathfinder Project, giving him invaluable experience and knowledge of the service.

Tim holds a BA (Hons) in Politics, where he conducted research projects ranging from class inequality to contemporary political philosophy.
