Lianne is a Case Worker for The Wave in Northamptonshire, a service which supports young people aged 16-25 who are currently in care, or have experience of being in care. As part of her work, Lianne delivers trauma-informed, therapeutic support to young people in complex circumstances across the county.

Lianne has worked in both children and adult services for the past 10 years. Prior to The Wave, Lianne worked for Catch-22 as a Pause practitioner in Northamptonshire, where she supported women whose children have been removed from their care. Lianne has a degree in Social Work from the University of Northampton.
