Laura’s role as Business Development Manager is to help BOP achieve its ambition to make collaborative, flexible and accountable public services business as usual. This kind of systems change also deepens direct impact on individuals and the planet to create and improve positive and meaningful outcomes.

Prior to joining BOP, Laura held the role of Business Development Manager at a national Housing and Homelessness charity, supporting on a variety of business areas to develop new and existing services, in line with strategic goals. Before that, she specialised in operational management, leading teams delivering advisory services to individuals in the criminal justice system, under the Transforming Rehabilitation programme.

Laura holds a LLB (Hons) Law Degree from Lancaster University.
