Izzy is the Senior Impact Analyst for BOP’s education platform. She uses data to support the impact of our international education programmes and works with delivery partners on their monitoring and evaluation strategies.

Before joining BOP, Izzy was based in Freetown, Sierra Leone, where she managed the data collection for a path-to-scale impact evaluation of a childhood health intervention. She has also worked in the research team of a financial advocacy non-profit.

Izzy has a BA in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Migration Studies from the University of Oxford.
