  • Grace is BOP’s first Director of Policy, Influencing & Engagement – a new role created to support and promote the growth of the Outcomes movement across the UK and internationally.

    Prior to joining BOP Grace spent 12 years working across four central government departments: the Cabinet Office, DExEU, Defra and most recently DLUHC where she led major strands of the Private Rented Sector reform programme. Grace brings a wealth of expertise in domestic and international policy making and of working with ministers and Parliament, as well as a clear understanding of the challenges and opportunities of public service delivery.

    Grace is passionate about public sector reform, especially strengthening the link between citizens and our government. And she has a strong interest in international affairs, studying International Relations at the London School of Economics and gaining a Master’s degree from the College of Europe. Grace has lived and worked in Belgium, Hong Kong and China.
