Gemma is a Performance and Operations Officer and supports our social prescribing contract in Northamptonshire.

Prior to joining Bridges Outcomes Partnerships, Gemma worked in various roles within the NHS for 9 years, for Northamptonshire Public Health as a Maternity Stop Smoking Advisor and more recently, taught Undergraduate first year students Health Sociology and theory.

Gemma has a keen interest in Health Sociology, and preventative measures and health promotion. Gemma has recently completed a Masters degree in Public Sociology and has an Undergraduate degree in Health Studies with Social Care.

Gemma lives at home in Northamptonshire with her husband, five daughters, and dog. She is a keen lover of sports and plays cricket alongside her daughters for her local ladies’ team.
