David is Chair of Spring, having previously invested in and chaired Child Support Services Ltd, one of the first Social Impact Bonds.

​David’s earlier career was in stockbroking, investment banking and asset management; he now has a portfolio of interests in activities that range from Artificial Intelligence to brewing.
