Caprice serves as the Private Rental Sector Engagement Officer within the Greater Manchester Better Outcomes Partnership (GMBOP) Pathfinder project, which supports young people at risk of homelessness in the Greater Manchester area.

With a professional history in both the build-to-rent and purpose-built student accommodation sectors, Caprice has experience across a number of roles, including Leasing Assistant, Account Manager, and Community & Operations Manager.

Outside of work, Caprice has spent her spare time volunteering for homelessness and youth charities, among other activities. Additionally, she co-led a homelessness project to support rough sleepers in Nottingham during her time at university.
