Alison works with the Director of Finance, maintaining the financial systems and ensuring the smooth running of the finance processes within the Group.

She worked as an MRI Radiographer in the NHS before pivoting to a career in finance in 2015. Prior to working at BOP, Alison worked as a Finance Manager for several Charities and SMEs.

Alison has an MSc in Medical Magnetic Resonance from City University and is currently studying towards the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants’ CGMA qualification.
