BOP looks to grow Outcomes movement with new Policy & Engagement Director

We’re delighted to welcome Grace Duffy to the team as Director of Policy, Influencing & Engagement!

Grace is BOP’s first Director of Policy, Influencing & Engagement – a new role created to support and promote the growth of the Outcomes movement across the UK and internationally.

Grace brings with her 12 years of experience in the Civil Service, having worked across four central government departments: the Cabinet Office, the Department for Exiting the European Union (DExEU), the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (Defra), and most recently the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC), where she led major strands of the Private Rented Sector reform programme.

Grace brings a wealth of expertise in domestic and international policy making and of working with ministers and Parliament, as well as a clear understanding of the challenges and opportunities of public service delivery.

Duffy commented:

“Outcomes partnerships have immense potential to tackle some of our most complex challenges, with both meaningful and effective solutions. I’m very much looking forward to accelerating understanding of the value of this approach in creating truly sustainable, positive change – and scaling its uptake.”

Mila Lukic, CEO, added:

“We’re thrilled that Grace has joined the team. Her deep experience across a number of government departments along with a desire to strengthen the link between citizens and the state for the better, is a huge asset to our work in driving public sector reform and promoting the power of partnership.”
