Amarjit is the Programme Lead for outcomes partnerships in London, including homelessness prevention and refugee services.

She is a senior leader with extensive experience of delivering strategy, operations and transformation in both the private and public sectors. She is well-versed at collaborating across diverse and multiple stakeholders, with a proven track record of delivering growth of businesses to ensure positive, successful social value and commercial outcomes.

Amarjit has held leadership roles for more than a decade, managing local and central government contracts, leading teams in social housing and the private sector. She is also the Vice Chair at Coin Street Community Builders and Commonweal Housing, an action learning charity.
